Instantly locking ban appeals/reports?

If possible, could ALL reports or ban appeals be Automatically locked? This would help contain all the useless comments brought on them, and ensure that people don't get ridiculous punishments for doing this. Of couse, staff would be able to comment if needed, but besides that no one else. I am not sure if this is a possible mechanic, but if it is I hope it gets added!

Lord_Azaghal's thread is in general discussions.
The rule for reports is that people with more evidence can still post.
Ban appeals need the origninal person to be able to continue to post.

Actually, I really do not care since he is not going to get unbanned with an earlier time, I just enjoy arguing. I made this thread so Leo wouldn't accidentally forum ban me for 2 days, Odd. #GetYourFactsStrait

They could make their own thread, but usually if someone reports someone, they should have enough proof by themselves to make the report worthwhile.

Well, if they are locked immediately, others with more evidence, the owner of the thread, and the person/people accused wouldn't be able to post on the thread, even though they are allowed. Just actually punish people who post on reports when they aren't supposed to instead of threatening.

Sorry, this is kinda a bad idea.

This disallows players to add more proof on reports or more proof of defence on ban appeals, and these threads will quickly disappear out of the 'Recent Threads' box, thus less chance of them being seen by the staff.
