Joining problems

I went to play earlier today but whenever I try to join I get a message saying there is an unknown host. I have tried using both the ips (lotr.empirewar.org and mc.empirewar.org) Any help on how to fix this would be great

try using arcade.empirewar.org... if not, it's probably a server issue.

Just now tried that, now I'm getting a "cannot connect to server" message

then there isnt something wrong with the server (if it isnt down) check that u got internet connection and stuff, check that u can join other servers

try updating your launcher. Worked for me

Just tried downloading the launcher again, still no luck. Running 1.8.1 and I am able to go on other servers

could just be a bad connection to the server... make sure that it's allowed in your country
