Losing ranks?!

Many people have lost their ranks recently on the server, including me. I don't know if it's a bug or glitch, but it needs fixed.
I still have my rank on the website. Can Tim or another admin please promote me again to Sage and try and fix the problem,

As Arak stated before, the server crashed and Tim will be needed to fix it. Also, please try to look at the latest threads to see if this hasn't been answered already, instead of posting a new thread. *locked*
