Since a lot of people lost their rank recently, for unknown reason. I'm creating this thread so that we can help the people with problems more easily. Please note that I'm still on holiday, so I won't be active or fast in responding to these, but they will be dealt with eventually.
If you lost your rank, please reply on this thread stating ONLY your name and rank! For example, just comment "sjoerdtim - veteran" if your IGN is sjoerdtim and you lost the veteran rank. I will remove the replies after I fixed their rank, to make it easier for me to manage, so don't be afraid I removed your comment to "take your rank", as I'd remove it only after I fixed your rank.

Edit: And don't bother trying to get a free rank by posting here when you don't have one, I can easily see your forum tag and check if you actually have a rank.
