Minecraft 1.8: The Bountiful Update
The server is now updated to Minecraft 1.8.
We can not yet use the new blocks, entities and all features, but those will be available soon.
Everything should be working for about 100% right now, but if there are any issues, please post them at the Bug Repo.
Name Changing
With Minecraft 1.8 being out, the next big thing Mojang will add is username changing.
This feature is currently unsupported by our servers, and we highly advice you not to use it.
Changing your name will cause you to lose your ranks, variables (kills, deaths, points, classes, etc) and any other things bound to your username, to make you basically join as a new user.
You can still do it, but you'd lose everything and I'm pretty sure most of you won't want that.
Name Changing will be supported someday, but I expect this to take a whole lot longer before you we can actually support it, so please be careful.
(Of course, if this does accidently happen we can still move your donator rank to the new account, but we can't move other things over, except staff ranks.)
