need help getting new pc

so im going to get a new pc. the company is offering a free upgrade fromm a 600 wat PSU (what i need) to a 700 wat one. the 700 wat one has a 20 US dolor rebate, so im saving by upgrading. should i do this?

nooo never use rebates that power supply is overkill. Better to go higher quality than higher capacity. get a better video card.
