Currently I have seen some reports that are not in the correct format. Is just putting a screenshot and asking for a ban an exception now? Like why are they not following the format, I'm just curious o.o
 
That might be because the format is a rather new thing, and there's a chance that not everyone is even aware of its existence.
 
Format's been there for ages, people just ignore them.
And yeah, we can't really say "We won't ban this rule breaker because the reporter used the wrong format."

But please, follow the format if you can.
