Sprint bug/lag

Hi, I am playing on this server much and in the last i have experienced sprint bug/lag. I just can't sprint for a long time before i am getting lagged back and every time that happens i get killed. And if i play on this server 2-3 hours i am too close to rage that i quit the server so i do not harm somebody/something. Thanks if you read and reply my post and fix this. :) -GhostSlayer007
 
Um, how often does this happen? I have had some trouble with it too, but it only happens once every 5 min. And of course it always happens on the worst of time... (._. )
 
It's probably nocheat confusing you as a speed hacker and pulling you back. If you have troubles with stairs, slabs, and fences/walls, then that's nocheat preventing you from travelling through walls/floors. If you are teleported back when knocked back, I think that's to prevent a knockback hack.

And if your one of the players with Nazgul, NoCheat+ is your worst enemy (Even worse then those flamethrower noob mages) NoCheat+ ruins some parts of the game, but at the same time restricts fly hackers and makes kill aura have limited reach and speed. NoCheat also disables Step, Auto-Sprint, and Speed hacks.
 
So this have with NoCheat's plugins to do? Ok... That's make sense. But it happens not just when i am sprinting on stairs, when i am also happens when i am sprinting on 100% flat floors too. And i am not using Nazgul etc. I am using orc's etc. Always and the sprinting glitch is happening.

feels like it often fixes itself when u block ur sword or sneak or jump a couple of times..
not sure if it can be fixed, since this happens at a lot of other servers aswell
