Why are you buying your OS? DL it, put it on a USB, when entering the BIOS do run from USB and voila, windows 7 ultimate 64-bit for free.
Apart from that, its all very nice and cheap since you're buying from american websites. GL building it.
Edit: Upon further review, you might want to consider a slightly larger power supply, since I know that the 700 gtx series requires at least 600W and you have some pretty powerful components there anyway, be sure to select a modular powersupply since i know corsair provides that, i selected semi-modular and had fun sorting all the cables in the right holes.. Took a while since I go by the rule of "who needs a manual".
Although i'm not entirely sure how large you actually need it to be.
