Since the server will most likely shut down at the end of the month, I'd just like to thank some people for making EmpireWar a really great place to hang out and have a nice time.

I think [user avatar="https://cravatar.eu/helmavatar/sjoerdtim/74.png" name="sjoerdtim"]960266[/user] and the staff team really need a pat on the back. They have done a great job (except one or two who are NEVER on the forums or in-game but whatever).

This server was by far my favorite one ever. Amazing maps, classes, just everything was great (Except for NCP before the update). I've donated more than 200 Euros to support this incredible network, and every cent was worth it.

Thank you, staff and players alike, for keeping this amazing server alive for so long.

I think I speak for most of the community when I say that I am sad to see this server go.

Thank you very much for saying this. It delights me that there's people who can think of posting nice remarks about the server's past, instead of just complaining about the future.
It's been a blast hosting this network the past five to six years, and I'll truly remember all of this.
 
I would also like to add my own thanks to [user avatar="https://cravatar.eu/helmavatar/sjoerdtim/74.png" name="sjoerdtim"]960266[/user] , the staff, and the entire community of Empire War. I don't have very many friends in real life, and this community makes me feel like I'm a part of something. Many of my best memories of the past few years come from Empire War, and it's amazing community. I hope I never forget this.

So because I like a British song, I, a well-known Russian who has said I'm Russian countless times, must be Irish. The logic within that is weaker than slingers in melee against thorax swordsmen.

I'm not a bloody Irish person. I'm Russian and a supporter of the Soviet, forever till the end. #RedForever
