I recently joined the bards, and though I'd right a little ballad!
MD, MD we sadly see
Did fall upon this day as we
Neglected sacred oaths to keep
And MD died alone in grief
With quiver full and bow in hand
He hunted orcs across the land
He fought them over fen and field
No matter what he would not yield
And with one swift and steady shaft
The orcs he hunted breathed their last
MD, MD we sadly see
Will fight alone today as we
Neglected sacred oaths to keep
And he will fight alone in grief
The orcs they came rank on rank
And swiftly MD's spirits sank
He struck them down with arrows true
But there was little he could do
For each that fell another came
But MD stood to prove his name

The orcs they charge with fury hot
But MD quickly slew the lot
The orcs could not withstand his power
But more arrived every hour
Although MD fought hard and well
To many orcish blades he fell
