Trolls and fixes

Troll changes
Trolls have long bothered many players, staff included. They have always been supposed to be stronger than normal players, but slower and more stupid to balance that.

But in truth, we all know trolls never were slow. Spamming jump still allowed you to run as fast, maybe even faster, as the average class. Because of this, and them just being plain OP, we changed the class overall.

The following changes have been applied to trolls:
- Trolls are now unable to sprint, making them much slower over long distances
- Trolls no longer have slowness, making them quicker up close
- Trolls now get up to 50% more fall damage (depending on fall)

When playing, this means that trolls are now much slower travellers, but also a lot more dangerous when up close. They are more easily beaten by archers now, and can be ran from when nearing death.

Even though this is half nerf and half buff, trolls are still a big challenge to beat, but no longer just a plain OP class that has no disadvantages.

Oh, and we gave Harad Spearman poison spears!


Bug Fixes

Once again I went over all existing bugs, and managed to squash another 22 of them.
Gosh these bugs just keep coming. Let us hope we got rid of most for now...

- Fixed Troll getting back alive after death and not able to click respawn
- Fixed Moria flag saying "protect the Great Delving" instead of "protect the Watchtowers"
- Fixed Moria flag saying "protect the 1st Hall" instead of "protect the Mines"
- Fixed being able to /startvote Laketown when map is already laketown
- Fixed being able to spectate when no one is playing and escaping from lobby this way
- Fixed Dol Amroth class saying "You are now a Commander"
- Fixed Warg Rider not giving kit when respawning
- Fixed Laketown spears being 2x as strong as normal
- Fixed NazGûl escaping Minas Morgul map
- Fixed the top mountains of Minas Morgul being transparant
- Fixed Spectators being able to put out fire
- Fixed not all lobby lava teleporting you and extinguishing you in moria
- Fixed death by Torchers saying you died by a thrown rock
- Fixed keeping teams after game end
- Fixed gaps in Minas Morgul mountains allowing you to escape the map as spectator/nazgul
- Fixed getting flying morgul classes by glitching NazGûl and escaping to old lobbies
- Fixed not being able to startvote for erebor with less than 25 players
- Fixed not being able to startvote for isengard with less than 15 players
- Fixed spectators dieing in frost water in Laketown
- Fixed Orc Chieftan on Osgiliath spear doing 0.5 damage instead of much more
- Fixed dead people still getting flag capture when near flag
- Fixed laddering on barriers
