User's heads

So, I have been noticing that alot of people have been typing users heads in the forums and stuff, and I dont really know how to do it. Now im wondering how and as soon as I get the answer plz lock this thred :3

Do @ then do the username of the person,this then notifies the person that a user has mentioned them in their opinion of a thread.
