Moria and Minas Tirith actually last 1 hour when played at full length. nice vid!

I'd advice changing some of your ingame settings (using /settings)
Also maybe use the server texturepack, make sure people can see your hotbar better and make sure you don't hear you clicking as loud (by moving your mic, changing mic settings or buying a better mic)

Tip: Trolls can pickup rocks by left clicking with bare hand on smooth stone or cobblestone, and throw those rocks for insta-kill-projectiles.

You can pick up a rock by clicking quartz block too.
You complained about lag the whole way through the second vid when there wasn't any...
