Voting Link #3 Doesn't Work for me

It says I voted for sharpness reward on MC Index but did not receive my reward. ANY staff attention fixing or solving this problem would be nice. This keeps happening, please fix this!

This has also been happening to me I get the enchanted boots and 50 points but I don't get the sharpness. Please fix as soon as you can tim. :-(

No, since it worked for me the other day, I cant vote twice without one not working.

I'm not really sure where the problem to be, maybe pray before you vote? Sacrifice a couple things? I'm not even sure Tim knows what's wrong.
