My suggestion is disable anyone that does have a staff tag from commenting on reports and ban appeals, it will prevent irrelevant comments and will make it easier for staff. Also, you then wouldn't need the rule of no commenting on reports. If the staff doesn't know how to do this I can show them how.

That would stop people from adding more evidence to reports, and would lead to even more reports of the same person. Why don't we just enforce the rule. I'm sure if people started getting temp forum banned then the useless comments would stop.

Maybe on reports you could add an evidence slot so that they have to provide evidence if they are not staff and are posting on a report.

If I'd do that both people who created the original post and people who have extra evidence wouldn't be able to respond to it anymore.
Keep in mind the website is managed by the Enjin system, so we can't just add or remove completely new features without them supporting it.
