Okay, so now /t spawn is fixed for random towns, nations can /t spawn in other towns in their nation but thats it. Also, they shouldn't be able to break claimed blocks, idk for sure yet tho. And no more friendly fire

Just created the town of Minas Tirith and the nation of Gondor! I plan to actually try and sorta remake Gondor, it will all be made out of quartz, tho it won't be quite as big, or look exactly the same (because of terrain difficulties). So come join the mighty Minas Tirith and help build one of the greatest fortresses ever!
