  • I found out today that making a ruined tower is easier than making a ruined tower, finding out it has too many holes, and patching it up :/

    Still, work goes on.
One out out of two for the day.

This is one was a challenge, seeing as i was running out of parts, so it took me a while to finish him.

Sense he's made of cobbled together amour and weapons, i decided to make him a glatorian, but the name is still in the works, and i'm taking suggestions.
    Last one for today.

I think the hardest part about building this guy was keeping his mask on.

The only major changes i made to this guy was really his weapons, giving him the huge ax instead of the sword/dagger/hammer, the only one i kept was the shoulder mounted cordak blaster.

I named him after one set i had built out of spare parts that broke years ago, arsenal, who has become one of my favorites.
This is the last of my rebuilds, from now on its original characters.

A few years back, i got the biggest bionicle set i'd ever gotten, axonn.

Of course, being made up of really small parts, he broke, but after a while, I rebuilt him in a smaller scale, and gave him the element of time, instead of keeping him without one .

I've gotta say, this guy took almost a month to perfect, but I think it was well worth it.
In other news, Lego released the first pics for the new bionicle sets!

It looks as if its a redo of the original six bionicles, tahu and such, done with new parts, weapons, etc.

What bothers me is, if you look at their site on lego, it looks like some of them have new story's....so maybe its a reboot?
This is the last one I'll be able to get up before the weekend, seeing as this is the last one on my phone.

My most resent build, and it may be my last until they're back in '15.

Still don't have a name for him, mostly because i built him mostly not looking, fiddling around with parts.

After a few changes here and there, he's my only normal matoran, no powers, no magic weapons, and a simple mask.

I'm glad he came together though, though because of my part shortage, he's the one I'm most proud of.
This guy was almost more trouble than he was worth.

It took me forever to gather parts, and I had to fix his head and mask 5+ times, it also took me a while to decide on a weapon set, so after going through shield and blade, reverse blade, and a few others, i stuck with the spear style, and the mask set, calling him "Zero".

He's one of the three cyborgs I have.
First new one of the day.

This was my second attempt at combining hero factory and bionicle parts, and i think she turned nicely.

She took a while to get mastered, but i think it was well worth it, making the first matoran/toa/cyborg.

Its taken me almost a year to make up a name for her, and the jury is still out on it, so I've taken to just calling her "EMP"
Ok, changed my mine, THIS is the last one, and possibly my favorite out of all of them, if purely for the story i gave him.

This one took a bit of doing.

I got him as a birthday pressie while bionicle was dying during the "Bionicle Stars line".

I loved him, but like all good things, his legs broke.

So i got him new ones, blue eyes (Yes hes a goodguy now) and new weapons.

    Those legs fell off too.

So after some jerry rigging, here he is, Ri'zhan (its pronounced risen, again, a story thing).

lol, its not the leg thing, its part of his story, but yes, he wanted that because it sounded like "risen"
Last one for today, this is my redone Hali, another one of my favorites.

I built her to go along with the build theme i had at the time of rebuilding some of my old sets from what i remember.

She didn't need much work, just needed her gun to look less like a overlong barreled pistol and more like a rifle.

She also had a couple of different staged, and this was the one i kept coming back to.
Here we have my rebuilt Jaller, one i'm really proud of.

After i had rebuilt him, he went through a few stages, ending up with a zamor sphere shotgun, and a borg, and even one with a keyblade, but after a year of work, and a lot of parts, I decided to kept him here, as the chief toa and leader of the bionicle.
