  • The superiority of Elven armour crafting over that of Dwarves' is a debatable point. Usually at lenght, and always ending in violence.

    As much as I hate to agree with a Dwarf(I'm an Elf at heart), in the Silmarillion it says that the Dwarves outstripped the Elves and Men in the forging of steel in all ways. The armour you speak of, Galvorn, was made by Eól the Dark Elf only with the help of the Dwarves. Maeglin his son took it to Gondolin-upon-Amon-Gwareth, true. And Elvish weapons did have magical properties(Only the ones of Gondolin). But the Elves of Beleriand would have lost their war in the very beginning if the Dwarves hadn't forged them steel weapons.
    After he passed from the world in the House of the Kings, she bid farewell to Eldarion and her daughters, and went out of Minas Tirith to Lórien and, "dwelt there alone under the fading trees until winter came." Sometime before the Spring she laid herself down upon Cerin Amroth, and there she would lie until the world's ending.

    And then the darkness returned to middle-earth. Legions of scrub archers came forth from the misty mountains. They united on 1 banner known as... the arrowspammers clan.

    War is brewing EVERYWHERE right now. The wizards are feeling pain whenever the Maedra raise the dead. Glinda died, her son is leading gondor now. Slime is now a rivendell character- No, not aasim's wife- and getting ready to defend against goblin town. Basically all angband was unleashed.
    My speech about me getting Skyrim and Injustice? Gone. Fuck fancy, long posts. Fuck phones. But at least the games looks pretty spankin' sweet, so that's a thing.
    The Shadows where the Mewlips dwell
    Are dark and wet as ink,
    And slow and softly rings their bell,
    As in the slime you sink.

    You sink into the slime, who dare
    To knock upon their door,
    While down the grinning gargoyles stare
    And noisome waters pour.

    Beside the rotting river-strand
    The drooping willows weep,
    And gloomily the gorcrows stand
    Croaking in their sleep.

    Over the Merlock Mountains a long and weary way,
    In a mouldy valley where the trees are grey,
    By a dark pool's borders without wind or tide,
    Moonless and sunless, the Mewlips hide.

    The cellars where the Mewlips sit
    Are deep and dank and cold
    With single sickly candle lit;
    And there they count their gold.

    Their walls are wet, their ceilings drip;
    Their feet upon the floor
    Go softly with a squish-flap-flip,
    As they sidle to the door.

    They peep out slyly; through a crack
    Their feeling fingers creep,
    And when they've finished, in a sack
    Your bones they take to keep.

    Beyond the Merlock Mountains, a long and lonely road,
    Through the spider-shadows and the marsh of Tode,
    And through the wood of hanging trees and gallows-weed,
    You go to find the Mewlips - and the Mewlips feed.
    There's this fuss going on about gay marriage legalization in the States. So I thought; "If everyone else is posting their opinions that don't matter and probably no one doesn't care about, then I might as well give my 2 cents in." It's not a whole lot I'm going to say, just a little thing to fellow christians: Who gives a fuck, let them live however the fuck they want to live. Do you think that saying that you aren't against them, but against gay marriages differs whole lot? Hell no. How I explain the bible text to myself is that whoever wrote the darn thing probably didn't live in the modern times. Now, don't start explaining this in a wrong way. By what I said, I meant that, since these are modern times, people think differently than 2k years back. Gay bonds probably weren't so wide-spread at that time. If He created all of us down here, shouldn't that tell you that he'd love everyone equally? Watch, the keyword being "love". God shouldn't and doesn't care about who you love. Gender, race, no matter. The bible text should be changed someday in the future. Let's see those fuckers who hide behind religion then.

    There is nothing that speaks against gay marriage. Those who say it is against religion might not have noticed that we are living in the 21st century just yet... I have no problem with them hanging on to their religion, but seriously, that doesn't mean others have to give a f*ck about it! If you want to believe in god, fine. But don't get on other people's nerves about something YOU worship! Also, aren't all those "real men" complaining about gay people the guys watching lesbian porn? So that makes it kind of pathetic...
