So I used my X-Ray pack today to see if the spleef run arena was in a superflat world and it wasnt but I looked at the bottom and saw this. I was like WTF?!?!?! and then I figured out that the plugin must damage the dragon every second and that's why the bar goes down. And the seconds are actually the health points. I don't use this pack on LC. I only use it for things like this and in my own world.
