Managed to start the servers by other means. I still can't turn them on/off but they're up for now, at least until the host fixes the problems. (..If they do..)

I have regained FTP (file) access, but the panel still isn't working.

UPDATE: Servers are back up, I've regained full access.
Stuff with host seems to be going good! We may not need to switch after all!

Servers are down (except build, for unknown reason) because of the host.
We can't do anything about this if they don't reply we're just screwed.

I'm going to wait a day, and if they haven't solved it by then I'll look for a different host.
Seriously sick about wasting all of my spare time on solving others' mistakes though and I don't know how long I want to continue this crap.

UPDATE:
May be a small chance we can stay on this host, otherwise we are looking into a new host just in case. I have backups ready on my PC already, do those are safe.
