So, I just started playing somewhat frequent again. (I'm back yey)
After playing a bit on Conwy it seems like the lag on Conwy has gone to extremes. As soon as there are more than ~50 players on it starts.. huge spawn lag and frequent lag spikes which adds up to the usual high latency, it's the same kind of lag as on the old host, but on the old host I didn't have such a high latency (ping). Earlier I also noticed the lag with a lot of players on getting worse and worse, but it wasn't near as bad as it is now and as I haven't really played for like a month, the sudden increase in lag is really annoying me now. I may be a little.. sensitive in regards to lag/latency, but if I don't enjoy it I will be on less especially when there's many players online.
I'll probably play more on Empire War now, I really like the recent changes there and the lag spikes are less frequent and intense than how they used to be.
As sequel to my latest wall post. Turns out I may just have solved it by using WTFast. I checked my ping and it went from 550ms to 145, while usually it didn't do much difference.
