Why this is pointless 1. Trump already backed down on the wall idea 2. It's illegal immigration that's the problem, not just immigraion But I agree, a wall would be pointless

Its not pointless because even if trump backed down the idea, some people still think its a good idea. (Also can you give me the Source of trump saying this?) They said illegal immigration is the problem though...

Trump still wants to build a wall. And don't worry, he won't. Not even his own party agrees with him on "building a wall." While a president does have lots of power, I don't think that every single conservative in the Senate would approve of this, and the democrats certainly would not. Rather, this is just another one of the fake promises used by presidents to get elected - Same for Hillary Clinton. She states that she will remove guns (if not completely remove, then limit there use extremely.) It takes 75% vote of all 3 branches, and the president to remove/rewrite a constitutional right. That is pretty much impossible, because conservatives take up the majority of the senate and almost every single one would vote no. Overall, building the wall is illogical (and pointless to an extent) and is just another tactic politicians are using to get voters this election.

yeah, guns are a big part of americans culture, so its not easy to remove them if you wanted to.
