my friend's theory is knock down all the mosques which will create jobs for people to do demolition, then use the best bricks/resources from the destroyed mosques to build a wall

i dont think that the barbarian can build eather, you need to hire some real builders and engineers from one of the other contries

I always have city-states then. (I'm pretty sure there're some barbarians that can build though)

and plus, my drug dealers are a mix of several people that wanted freedom from civilizations from all around Europe, I'm pretty sure I have a small fraction that can build as well.

50 ppl?!! I don't think there are 50 people in the largest drug cartel in the world which became a nation that can build. I'm pretty sure I have a bigger population than that. XD and plus, I have city-state citizens to enslave
