israel's colony send a messenger to the survivers offering them to join our colony and all the cities and villages in the colony got an order to build a 3 meter high wall and at least 4 wach towers, also they have to guard 24/7 on the walls. any sattlement that will obey this order will have lower securaty tax (by 20% lower) and those who wont obey will have to pay higher securaty tax (by 30% higher)
