Not really, it's more used to make someone feel stupid for no reason at all, when really they are the stupid one, Example- Gundy "that's cancerous" Me "plz don't use cancer like that, my friend died from cancer" Gundy "no, your friend died of a brain tumor" Me "brain tumor = cancer" Gundy "O really? I didn't know!" X.x
