Okay, two ways you could do this. Assuming you've made a serious connection with them already (Friends and stuff) then just ask them out. Make it casual, small, something you'd maybe do already. But specify treating it like a date. That, or drop a bunch of limes in front of her, clumsily pick them up and tell her you're bad at pick-up limes. That one worked for me once.
