I doubt it. We closed in around the borders, and most that area is unpopulated. If they did, they wouldn't live long, or will be in too few numbers to effect anything

False. We still have the Righteous Ones which the Bearers of Fate, the Sons of Yahweh, and Dale (and possibly Nikolai's) spies that will deal with it
