Srsly, you dont need this much protection, you have friends and allies at this meeting XD

It's tradition to bring 1000 bodyguards (yes there are 1000 men and women bred to protect the reaper) so I'm bring gracious in asking for only 300

I'm being gracious by taking the security risk of hosting the meeting here, and letting everyone bring even 100 troops. If 100 men is not enough to protect the Reaper, I recommend you send an ambassador instead. We are doing everything in our power to ensure the safety of the delegates, and if you feel the Reaper is still threatened, we would not wish him to risk his life by coming himself.

As I said its tradition for him to go with his utmost or minimum amount of bodyguard. Now it's either 300, 250, or Death Cult does not go. You choose

You can send an ambassador. Is it tradition for any ambassador to have that number of guards? And I strongly advise you do attend, so you can get some benefit out of the postwar treaty. If you decide not to attend, however, I promise to look out for your interests in the meeting. It's your choice, I guess.
