The Black Corsairs enjoy this, they were ready on the ships and threw punch daggers or small axes killing many before there rapiers could deal the real damage. Catapults shot at Rhunnic ships that were not tethered, were still approaching, or were tethered but still quite a distance away. Archers fire volley after volley at the ships before they could land. None the less the catapults fired destroying many more of there enemies ships. They also shot at the ships that were farther back extending the range to hit the ships. Some Death Cult ships that were not engaged anymore (25 warships) charged headlong at the defensive ships also Archers fired volleys and the catapults (5) shot flaming boulders at the ships. By now if Qarir still pressed through the boats that managed to get through or did pass them would by now see the Coastal City only to see even more rocks being throw at them by trebuchets and catapults. They could also that a small wall was built by logs within the city with more corsairs and the people of nearby villages stood roaring there war cries.

The Death Cult ships that charged recklessly at the defensive ships were surrounded, as the first lines of ships had not been destroyed. Flaming ballista bolts and arrows pound them from all sides, but that is not the real fire to worry about. The men on board the charging Death Cult ships hear a great roar as they see multiple ships on their side engulfed in flame. Burning men are seen jumping overboard, only to realize that they continued to burn in the water. The Muscovy ship was armed with greek fire. The Rhunic defensive ships form a barrier around the Muscovy ship, which fires the flaming projectiles over them. Charging past the forward lines was a careless move, and Rhunic morale increased considerably.

Around 100 Tribal Berserkers, in small rowboats, sail out with Greek Fire and pickaxes designed for hacking through the strong stone of Siberia. Some use ropes to climb onto ships and kill Cult forces, while other use the pickaxes to hack their way into a ship, deploy Greek fire, and then leave before it spread too much. As soon as one ship was damaged, they moved to the next. The boats they used were quite small, and berserkers carried shields to protect against arrows. In melee, the berserkers were a match for anything the Cult had. The Rhunnic forces would know about this all, since we discussed it in a PM.

With a roar that matched the roar of the fire the remaining Death Cult ships crashed into the ships that protected the Muscovy ships causing all of them to come crashing into each other breaking wood and crushing bodies death cult soldiers jumped aboard immidietly determination drawn on there faces they again threw punch daggers and axes at the stunned soldiers before crashing into the, with either just a rapier or punch daggers (that weren't thrown) and rapier. As the berserkers were spotted some archers whom had the fire cauldron (or whatever it's called) fir d flaming arrows at some of the rowboats still farther off. Others known as Black Corair Champions whom carried duel rappers jumped from the ships into the small rowboats using the shields as there stepping stones to crush soldiers Under them and use there shield wall against them. But there was one thing The Berserkers forgot, they had very limited knowledge in fighting in moving water no matter how good fighters they were rendering many to be basic soldiers for The Corsairs.

Regardless, Bloodsworn forces are successful in setting a number of ships aflame, rendering them useless and guaranteeing the death of some ships. Some berserkers, in a suicidal act of glory, detonate the Greek fire they had as their comrades leapt onto other free boats, engulfing the champions and themselves in flame.

A few Qarir ships led by a captain of the fleet equip spikes into the front of their ships and slam into some of the pulled in Death Cult ships, with the soldiers on board the Qarir ships' shooting bolts of fire, setting sails a light.

By the way, your ships ramming mine would stun your soldiers as much is at it would stun mine. Easterling ships begin a "scorched earth (water?)" strategy, and if a Rhunic ship is completely taken by the enemy, we set it alight with Greek Fire, to ensure that the ship doesn't fall into enemy hands, and to cause even more enemy casualties. The surviving Death Cult forces boarding Rhunic defensive ships are met by a formidable shield-wall with archer support. Meanwhile, on the front lines, Easterling ships that manage to successfully eliminate the crews of tethered ships then drag those ships along with them, and release the tethers once enough momentum has been gained. This causes the unmanned ships to crash into the rest of the Death Cult fleet, as the Easterling ships continue to tether more ships or fire ballista salvos.

I'm not ramming into you...

Eath Cult Fleet has finally had enough shit. Breaking away from the smaller rowboats they use the ropes tied to the ships against there foes making men climbing aboard fall into the sea and upturning many boats (the rowboats). With the fleet now becoming free of the flies they begin to bombard the Rhunnic Ships with catapult fire. Archers set there arrows aflame which started to make the Rhunnic Ships set on fire which in turn caused Greek Fire to explore which cause more ships to die to fire and explosions. Death Cult forces would start to cheer wildly as the approached the enemy fleet catapults now aimed at the Ballistas which proved very useful destroying many. Few of the ships in the charge had been destroyed (9) leaving 16 warships leaving 800 corsairs to attack the Muscovy ship and all the surrounding bodyguard ships. They couldn't use there seige equipment or Greek fire do to the possibility of killing more of there own then then cultists. Arrow fire was traded and swords clashed as shield wall met sea fanatics. Barbed and poisoned arrows flew at Rhûnic archers as arrows was shot at them. As they fought Rhun soldiers could possibly hear them uttering a chant in unison. "We are the defenders of the Sea and we shall bath in bloody froth." The chant was quiet at first until it was picked up by more and more people until the loudest sound in the battle field was men roaring out there oaths, "WE ARE THE DEFENDERS OF THE SEA AND WE SHALL BAITH IN BLOODY FROTH!" They said as there minds started to warp into a fanaticalist. This raised the moral of the troops.

Eath Cult Fleet IS shit. Qarir has more ships with spikes, ramming into some of the smaller warships, crashing into them, disabling and sinking some of them, and use their ballistas to shoot down the sails of nearby ships.

Jeez one second your getting blown into shit by my ships next second you bypass them now you so how attach spikes and start to ram into them with longboats?

*powergaming intensifies* There is no way that few ships in the charge would get destroyed, for one. They recklessly charged past the front lines, and would be surrounded. That whole post is essentially "We automatically turn it around and start winning."

Actually there was cause you see, there's no way all your ships could surround charging warships, be able to fire, and destroy a lot in a matter of seconds

Your men should be scared to shit by the fire. And its Greek Fire that can be deployed on water so I can easily surround the area near my ship with Greek Fire and your ships couldn't get close to it. And the ship could easily be blown up/sunk by my own men.
