With the university finished (which I'm assuming it is at this point), plans are being drawn up for two major temples devoted to Ezmos, one in Cairo and one in Mecca. Construction of these temples will not commence until the Sultan deems that Qarir has sufficient resources and labor to undertake such projects. As for now, the builders who had worked on the university are sent to Israel. They will aid you in your "secret project" in whatever way you see fit.
