After the riding contest, I plan to host a contest as well, with a very special prize... Not spoiling what the contest is, but I'll say that it involves a complex probability system that I came up with myself. However, everyone will have influence over their chances to succeed.

And I recommend that you NOT send your leader to compete in this contest, as about 50 percent of the contestants are likely to be killed.
