Good thing I decided not to build a colony in Africa....or anywhere

Can we go back down and colonize the black areas?

Qarir sets up medic camps for survivors and tries to help them in any way. Qarir ships are sent to natural state colonies and are asked if they can set up outposts. The remaining colonies expand North, and some appear on the northwest of the continent.

The Sultan declares a state of emergency (if that's a thing. I honestly don't know if it is). The efforts to build the road connecting Arabia and Africa are doubled, seeing as supplies are badly needed. Meanwhile, he also asks nations in Africa to form an alliance (at least for the moment) for the benefit of all in recovering from this catastrophe.
