Go back to the old laws, old way of living. It means nothing to them, it's all just prejudice. The Bedouin have been around forever, an the Seperatists are the same as the Loyalists, only they don't want to abolish anything, just peacefully split

What are they wanting to split?

What exactly changed under the new Sultan? What is he doing so differently from his predecessor?

They want to break off from Qarir comepletely. They want to rule Libya, or Ethiopia, or Yemen or Oman or any other random place, without Qarir. Like the Republic the Negros broke away from Katipunan peacefully

The Bedouin have always wanted independance, so you can't really ask them that. The Loyalists and the Seperatists are overly conservative and are furious that this new Sultan is changing the rules slightly

If such a group is so conservative that they expect not the slightest detail to change upon the end of a regime, they must be quite naive. I imagine they would be few, and Qarir would be better without them.

The Prince warns about the treachery of Israel. "They'll backstab you in times of need. I call upon Rhun, the Bloodsworn, the Katipunan, Shigori, and Qarir to place an embargo on this petty nation. Why would such a small and feeble nation take on a giant?" says the Prince.

Ali Krungor would like to meet with the rebels without conflict.

They are actually quite large in number. They want nothing new, they want everything to be the same as before.

I'm not fighting Qarir, I'm just supporting the Bedouin and Seperatists rebels

"Soon" replies the anonymous leader. He writes from the area of southern Persia

Rhun and Qarir are my closest allies. Also, the leaders of Katipunan and Qarir would be wise to not do such things. With a single word, I can have their entire families killed. But I am a good man. My assassins do only as I say, and I will not tell them to do evil deeds

You may say that you are not an evil man, but the Prince sees past even the most innocent faces.

The Sultan would be willing to set aside 100,000 square miles of land in Northern Libya. They would have access to the Mediterranean Sea, be able to partake in activities involving the major trade route between Africa and Qarir, and have an opening for colonization westwards into Algeria. He refuses to offer anything more, and furthermore demands that if they accept, they not attempt any action that might be perceived as hostile or unfriendly towards Qarir. The Sultan also wishes that if they accept, they enter into a mutually defensive alliance. That way, they would enjoy all of the defensive benefits that they'd receive if they were still a part of Qarir without being subject to Qariri policies and laws.

If I were an evil man, this new Sultan would already be dead and I would be appointing a new leader at this instant. But, I'm not

Yet you endorse rebels who oppose your closest ally. Backstabbing and lieing are the greatest evils.
S

When is "before". You said the new regime had only minor changes. There is no way this large a number of people would object.

I ain't putting an embargo, craft can be sure about that. However, only small grudges will be hold against Israel for now. But as minor as the grudge can be, it can affect the relationship in the future.

The Seperatists gladly accept, however the Bedouin and the Loyalists will not be so easily pleased

I realized my error, and Kye ad I have discussed it. The Loyalists instead have seen other nations and wish to abolish the Sultanate system, and decided the best time to do so is when the new Sultan is weak
