This is basically what I was gonna say. It's risky cause we don't want to attack Russia (who's in league with Assad) and we don't want to become what we fight against. But on the other hand. As long as no one who was innocent got killed. I don't honestly feel sorry about it.

I'm glad he did bomb it. He bombed their weapon bases so they can't use chemical weapons on their own people.
I feel like Russia was finally cooling down, and now America just put them back where they were 3 years ago.. Let's just hope this doesn't start a world war III.
I'd like to know 13353415 's opinion. No sarcasm, not for baiting.

Riiiight.... Anyhow, personally I have mixed feelings. On one hand, 'ol Assad is a dictator. Furthermore, he used chemical weapons on his own people. Definitely doesn't appeal to me. Also, the strike was aimed at a military target, not a civilian one. On the OTHER hand though... I am a tad bit worried about this blowing up into a larger war, what with Russia retracting an airspace agreement and communication channels with the US.... As much as I wouldn't mind seeing Russia knocked down a peg or two, I can't help but think it's too early. We need a little more recovery time for the US... Decisions, decisions... At least now people will stop parroting that Trump is a Russian puppet.

My personal thought is that the chemical attack was merely an excuse to to do something Putin doesn't like in order to shake off those rumours.
I believe that it was the Russians who supplied Assad with the gas. Do we even know how many of those missiles actually got through? Russian missile defense systems are quite good.
Bomb them? This shit attack seems unprovoked (Im not too political so I woudln't know) so you're just basically launching shit straight up and hoping it won't splatter on your face.
Did you see the news on the gas attack Syria did on it's own people? Even Trump, who's known to be the bigot he is, knows this is too far, don't you think a man would take an action against tyranny? For example, Franklin D. Roosevelt joined the war against the Axis, bare in mind, several years after the war began.
