Lol no, death claimed near harad. harad itself is giagentic, there are more then 5 factions (totally different from each other) in harad, most of them support Mordor but some of them don't.

There are only 3 canon factions there, but it is assumed that there are more that aren't mentioned.

Szuc there are the half trolls, near harad, moerdian (the loin people), umbar and taoderian (the forest/jungle people). And I'm sure there are more but I can't remember all of them.

Death you cant claim all harad since some if the factions are hostile towards other nations from harad.

Could we all claim different nations instead of splitting up already present nations? I don't need 8 Haradwaiths and no other nations

Death wants to claim the largest force of middle Earth, Harad. They have better calvary (the half trolls have rhino riders) and better infantry (half trolls again) and they have good ranged units (near harad might not be good as the elves or the archers but they have more man power and poison arrows). They also have umbar for great ships (almost as good as dol amroth's ships). Giving death all harad will make him the strongest player in the RP since he command an unstoppable army and have a heck lot of allies (dol guldor, Mordor, moria orcs and more) and they don't have many enemies (they are not offensive toward the dwarves and elves, only Gondor and maybe Rohan)

Why don't you give him the easterling and let's finish the RP with one great invasion.
