Is this late third age? If so, Arnor shouldn't be a faction. It should have to be manually rebuilt, through some difficult "questline". If you insist on having them though, then include Angmar as well.

Who claimed the Dwarves of the North? Because I would like to contest that claim, if it isn't me. And yeah, Arnor shouldn't be a fac. Nor should Forodwaith, since it's just a barren wasteland.

That's Forochel, you fool. Forodwaith is a barren wasteland, frozen beyond frozen. Not even the toughest of orc or most resolute of Dwarf can live there. Even in Forochel, only around 10,000 or so folk live there, and they are constantly raided by orcs from Angmar.
