What are the terms of the treaty?

No attacks are to be made and any territory gained is to be given back to that nation.

The 2nd part makes it sound like we are allowed to attack though, so if we destroyed COMS natives' survivors could we give the land back to you?

You can butcher the people in your colonies but not the soldiers or innocents in their land.

I did stop. And there wasn't an alliance, Isreal and The Circle were never invited and I'm pretty sure Qarir and Rhun never brought back the moon flag and stuff

Qarir will cease attacks, but troops will stay in forts at the colonies for when trouble arises.

Russia can handle themselves. The Tsar demands they leave as Qarir and Russia are at peace.

The soldiers are here for Qarir's colonies, not you. They were weakened when we withdrew them to fight, so now they are strong again.
