35% of india's population are inside mountains. guss its a shalter? the man in the capital run into the underground tunnels that we built before the winter (around 8% of our population) and man in the big cities have those tunnels aswell (26%). some try and hide in caves (if they have) or in mines (total of 3%). the tunnel and cave system that we built before the winter have food storage, underground lakes and other supply. in the mountains cities the black hand will take charge and seal the gates. they will only open the gates in 10 days after the "rage of the gods" will end and will send 8 groups (of 20 people) to explore the wasteland.

I don't see how this could realistically kill these numbers of people.

They'll live. Not all of them though

I mean, when it's 125°F outside...

This is the medieval era.

The Cult of The Fountain and Circle disappear. Leaving Russia and America all men either head to the Ossuaries that are in multiple kingdoms or simply went to home. They then close the gates and head underground. The great forges (all were underground) still provided us with a home and we have more than enough food. For water we dug a tunnels where The Jordan River and other surrounding rivers can make a slight stream into where we live.

Good that we now build water transportation system and have a heck lot of water from the ice that melted in the winter
