I have no problem with a majority of people refusing their natural genders because in the long run it'll lead to a much-needed decline in human populations. As to the search for immortality, as more people turn away from religion and look towards science, their fear of death will still be there, so it's inevitable that humans will, if we survive for long enough as a species, achieve some kind of immortality, regardless of our opinions on the matter.

to be fair this is just the begining. Imagine what will happen once we discover ways of giving humans animal like look, today it is possible to force your hair to grow extreamly fast and long to look like fur and change your skull building to look like cat/dog. Think on the wierdos we will see in 20 years that will look like fcking zootopia/furry wet dream. How sill our race survive
