Guyana is a more diverse country with Native Americans, Africans, Asians, and Mestizo, and Mulatto peoples, but lacks White people. The distinct pattern I have noticed is that countries with White people in them even as a minority (like South Africa) tend to be much more liberal and open minded, and globally all have decriminalized homosexuality.
