Capitalist tactic. CNN obviously doesn't want any more negative criticism or it will disrupt business. So, by staying quiet, it will lessen the criticism by not bringing so much attention to themselves.

But, CNN says it only reports facts so you should believe them. I mean, they showed an apple and said it's an apple, so that means they are trustworthy!
