1. That'd be correct, but that's not the God of the Bible so can't argue for that. 2. This suggests that since he can, he should. But saying so does not make it so. To what degree should evil be stopped? Should he cease murders from happening? Should he make it so things cannot be thieved? God making evil nonexistent would also make humans no longer have free will, and Epicurus wouldn't have been able to say anything. 3. As mentioned above, this assumes that since he can, he must. But this is not so. Biblical source: Ephesians 1:11 4. Not the God of the Bible, not my problem

Since Epicurus was born a few hundred years before Yeshua (or, y'know, Jesus), he can't possibly be referring to the Christian God in this quote. More likely, he's referring to the abstract idea of an almighty, infinitely benevolent deity.

The Christian God is the Jewish God, so you'd be wrong

Epicurus was born 1,471 after Judaism started

Normally, I would say the same, but, as far as I know, there are important differences regarding the interpretation of God inside the Christian world, so it would stand to reason that these are even larger between Judaism and Christianity. Is Allah the same as Yahwe and God?

No, since Allah is described as an unloving, angry god. The God of the Christians and Jews is loving, and there is no disconnect between the Jewish and Christian writings of him

The God of Genesis 38:6-10 seems to be a bit angry and harsh. Same goes for that of Leviticus 10:1-2. I get that they were priests and were disregarding the established rituals, but for God to burn them to death is... Excessive. Maybe He was working in was that us mortal cannot understand, maybe His anger was righteous and wise, but if so, why shouldn't we explain Allah's as being that way as well? Allah's two most common alternative names are Ar-Rahman and Ar-Rahim, "The Most Compassionate" and "The Most Merciful". I fail to see how these are anything more than different interpretations of one entity, as viewed through the the lens of different cultures. Maybe it's just me. In any case, I don't think I'll continue arguing, since it is a futile exercise to debate with a believer on these matters.

18319547 What you mean "a false belief" ?! allah is not described as "s an unloving, angry god. " in the quran ,Allah get angry when people do bad things and kill each other ,etc

It'd be false to believe "it's useless to argue with a believe" Allah only cares about those who are worthy, which are his devout followers (Jihadists), and they are commanded to murder and conquer
