    adding onto this, we could limit a max # of heros based on those alive/dead. I'm leaning towards more frequent heros, but limiting the total per game. It should feel semi-frequent and based on team importance imo.

    I think people are playing the class optimally, by blocking off chokepoints and forcing stalls, but it isn't fun to fight against as attacker, it makes me want to leave the game and not engage, or play constructor myself to remove those blocks. I think it would balance out the kit a bit more...
