As you should know, lately we have not been reaching our monthly donation goal of 200 euros. Because of this lack to even reach 200 euros, our server has been put into danger. The reason I we are not reaching this goal, is mainly because the lack of reason to donate. Most people will not just donate for goodwill, sadly. That is why I have began to think that the solution is too add perks that slightly break the EULA. I understand why some people would like to fully cooperate with the EULA, not just 95%, though I would not like to risk the downfall of the community over barely breaking a rule; that isn't even enforced.
I have made some perks last summer about this issue, and those I personally believe deserve a second chance. (Or a clear reasoning why they where declined so I can making improvements accordingly. )

Here is some new ideas, that slightly break the EULA, aye, but all for the goodwill of the server. These perks will not be PAY2WIN, but at the same time give a slight advantage.
IDEA 1: Re-Add Donor Helmets. This thought has been re-occurring for a long time, with many users (even staff) agreeing that re-adding Donor Helmets is a possible solution. Considering donor helmets often only add none or only one armor point, they are not overpowered or pay to win. Mainly used for decoration and leadership, users will see the difference and follow the player. With the New rank system, it would be a little hard to find a correct place for the helmets, though I believe I have one already.
VIPS: Plain Golden Helmet on Rohan or Gondor. Protection 1 Iron Helmet when on Dwarves.
PROS: Protection 1 Golden Helmet on Rohan or Gondor. Plain Diamond Helmet when Dwarves.
ELITES: Protection 3 Golden Helmet on Rohan or Gondor. Protection 1 Diamond Helmet when on Dwarves.
IDEA #2: Double Point Booster when taking Daily Bonus. This idea would be breaking the EULA, though not to a horrible extent. I follow the statement "Moderation, not extremism." that states that allowing perks under moderation (like this) is a more intelligent way then to completely eliminate them. This could be added, if the helmets were not a strong enough intention to cause people to donate. This would effect PROS and ELITES only, mainly to encourage higher donating.
VIPS AND PROS: Double points received from collecting daily bonus.
IDEA #3: Giving Donors 1 or 2 More ladders. Mainly used as a somewhat uneffective perk, it would allow donors to climb walls easier. Not doing much effect, it would be a perk given to VIPs or PROs. I would suggest giving 1 extra ladder to VIPS and PROS, and 2 to Elites. This would affect all classes that naturally spawn with ladders.
VIPS AND PROS: 1 more ladder when spawning as a class.
ELITES: 2 more ladders when spawning as a class.
IDEA #4: Allowing donors to play a class when it is "full." Some classes like Mage and Troll have class limits and ratios, for example 1 per every 5 players can be troll. The way this perk would work is too allow exceptions, like allowing a PRO donor to play as a Troll, (With another troll already on mordor, mordor has 7 people.) as a regular player could not. This is somewhat EULA-friendly, as the EULA allows spots to be reserved. It would work like this, sort of like how donors can join full teams.
All these possible scenes occur with already one user as the class.
VIP: Can bypass class limit by an integer of 1. (9 Mordor, ratio 1:5, can play as the class.)
PRO: Can bypass class limit by an integer of 2. (8 Mordor, ratio 1:5, can play as the class.)
ELITE: Can bypass class limit by an integer of 3 (7 Mordor, ration 1:5, can play as the class.
Overall, these suggestions would cause more motivation to donate therefor sustaining the server and keeping it alive. Restating from earlier, I would suggest slightly breaking the EULA to save the server from lack of funds. Even if these don't get added, remember to support YOUR server. These ideas could be tested out.
