I suggest making it so elites and pros can get access to the classes you have to buy with your points for 3 hours without having to use any of your points. That way it isn't too over powered or unfair to other players.
A temporary access to all classes, mhm could work...
Maybe a daily class bonus to have access to a random point class for that day?
VIP 1 point class
PRO 2 point classes
ELITE 3 point classes
Maybe, you have access to only 2 classes (naz and balrog) but you still have to buy them with points, or unlocking them

Not really, all unbreaking does it make it harder for the bow to break
Or maybe hit particles? Like when donators hit someone else red blood particles come out, and when non donors hit no particles come out? Or customizable hit particles?

Double points effects everyone. And that is a benefit for everyone. I mean, just imagine scoring that naz kill and getting 400 points for it.

The Highest rank on the server is Elite, (40 euros) though you can donate for point boosters and other perks without the rank. (Soon to be added Point-Packages) The highest donator is Icecream220, though his stats were removed and replaced with the next in like, Universe King. At 160 Euros as the top donor, its tempting for me to donate 21 euros and take top donor :3

I think we can violate the EULA in such ways as long as we don't go over the true meaning of it: preventing non-Mojang associated projects from making money off Minecraft.
You see, EULA is basically telling us not to make money off Minecraft. It restricts us from legally using the game to run our own personal profits. Mojang is actually ok with servers having donation systems, as can be seen by the attitude before the recent change in EULA. Now, Mojang restricts donations in an attempt to reduce the amount of servers who are making money. I'm not talking something like EW, but those that charge $200 so you can be far OP compared to others.
So, if Tim or anyone else DOES NOT make personal profits off this server, then I am satisfied to say that we are doing what is right.

Based on what tim has said, he is spending money on the server, so I think that we are quite safe with adding in these perks. I also believe that if we do start going over again, it can just be added to the fund for next month, so tim doesn't have to worry about legal issues because he wont be getting any profit. I'm a big fan of adding some of the old donor stuff back to the server.
