Not being fixed Able to set prefix which shouldn't be allowed

This bug will not be fixed.

When making a bug report, you are able to set the prefix. It shouldn't be able to be changed and just be 'Pending' when it is created.

You have bug squad, this is intended. You had it before as well but it just wasn't visible.
