All my upgrades in LS disappeared!

I had fellowship 1 and bow 2, but I logged on today to find out that they were gone! All reset! I didn't even get my gold back! Please help me!

UPDATE: It appears that I still have my upgrades, it just doesn't show it. I spawned as Legolas in Balin's, but I still have the option to buy fellowship 1. Help?

happend to me right after LS came out. what ever you do don't re-buy the upgrades. if you do hm lets say you have something to level 2 and you click the upgrade to level 1 button it goes back to level 1 and you lose your money.
that's what happend to me. i had bow upgrade 3 to no refund though since i couldn't prove it
so now i am still stuck at level 2 bow since that upgrade costs so much

Only me hero upgrades went down... and gold on LMS was taken away...
