I'll ignore the fact you haven't given a proper reason, and just go off the reasons thebeserker gave me in your absence.
I accept the idea that yes, perhaps Rob walked back into spawn. The argument that he is standing in a different place from the spawnpoint is valid to an extent, however I would point out that our spawn system will move you if you have a chance of standing in a wall, and furthermore it is entirely possible that Rob moved around within the spawn before you four came in and spawnkilled him.
The fact is that I have evidence supporting the ban, and limited evidence against it.
Nevertheless, honestly I would consider unbanning you. If the other two who were not involved in the discord incident appealed, I'd likely unban them. However, what happened in the Discord is unacceptable, and here's why:

"I am not going to appeal bc I am not banned for a legit reason"
"nice staff team doest even let me defend myself"
Do these portray the sort of person that I'd want to unban? Not only did you show utter distain for the system, putting yourself above literally everyone else, but you refused to listen to me when I repeatedly told you to appeal and not continue in the Discord channel. Your attitude overall has been atrocious.
One final point. Your excuse that "it isnt protected bc I could get in" is useless. Entering protected spawns was always against the rules (at least since a few months back), and the idea that you can ignore spawn protection by just building around it is ridiculous. I've amended the rules to make this more clear.
So my decision here is quite clear. Wait 22 hours, and then hopefully you'll come back changed.
