I would have stopped being afk while holding gold if anyone were to warn me or say so in chat. I agree it wasn't the best idea. I understand fully what I did was toxic and wrong but does this deserve a permanent ban? I would understand if it was a week ban. I don't believe i was given a formal warning for holding onto gold for too long.

As for the other things listed on the other thread I'd be down to have a chat with you over it. But that is not what i'm banned for so I wont be discussing it here.

Hi, since this is your second appeal you get to deal with me. Decisions here are all of the staff team's.

One of your alts was permanently muted by [user avatar="https://cravatar.eu/helmavatar/De_Mik/74.png" name="De_Mik"]7503051[/user] for unpleasant language. You left the server after this and rejoined with another alt. This permanent mute is staying.

The hoarding gold issue has been warned about before, but I concede that Olex or another Mod may not have warned you specifically. As such, I would have been willing to agree and reduce your ban to 1 week.

However, probably our most important rule is not to ban evade. You did ban evade, and with full intention to carry on playing - this is the unacceptable part. It just shows you don't give a damn about the staff or the system of rules.

As of course you're usually such a rule-abiding player, I would have expected you to notice these two rules:

1. Any attempt to evade punishment on any platform (Minecraft, Discord, Forums, etc.) will result in further punishment on that platform and/or others.
2. Ban evasion specifically will result in a permanent ban if it was not already, and significantly reduced chances of a successful appeal.

I'm going to shorten your ban to 1 month, and consider that a courtesy. And if you hadn't evaded, it would have been a lot shorter. Just so you know, obviously if we even catch the slightest hint that you are evading this 1 month ban, all your accounts will be gone permanently.
